 |
Dear Lindsay
Over the last few months, we've been seeing a shift in our clients' focus. As the impact of the recession bites, clients are recognising the need to be far more flexible & faster in implementing their strategy than ever before.
We've been gathering data & speaking with clients about the major challenges facing them and we'd like to share these insights with you.
The features included in this issue of Ignite touch on the uncertain future for premium products. Future newsletters will address other challenges/topics. Let us know what you need!
Many thanks,
Richard Brown, Managing Partner

Cognosis Views
Clients are concerned about instilling trust & confidence in their people.
Our client discussions over the last few months have flagged concerns around effective internal communications strategies in light of the recession.
Focusing only on external stakeholders can divert leaders' attention from the very people who they need to deliver. Communicating in a confident & optimistic way is important, but confronting the realities, sticking to the facts, and treating employees as adults also helps unite teams in difficult situations.
Cognosis April Breakfast Briefing will focus on employee engagement & communication. Join us on 30th April along with guest speaker, Nigel Martin, VP International HR, Harrah's Entertainment. Contact Lindsay. |
