This research challenges business leaders and leader teams to raise their game, strategically. In a nutshell, leaders must pay far more attention to their strategy process. It shows that teams that tackle strategy in a 'whole-minded' way are rated far more effective than their peers. And it sheds fresh light on what it takes for leader teams to have a 'good fight.'

Cognosis was a proud participant in the recent Bend It Back Dragon Boat Race
Bend it Back is a charitable organisation that helps people with spinal injuries to achieve their goals.
Cognosis' fundraising efforts contributed to the £12,000 raised for the event. Powered by whole-mind planning, the team steamrolled the competition finishing 7th out of the 12 participating teams.
